A critical distinction between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration

Our nation has been forged and built upon immigration.  We are a nation of immigrants and the descendants of immigrants - E Pluribus Unum, “out of many, one.”  But there is a critical distinction between legal and illegal immigration.
